摘 要:信息时代,人们对知识获取的方式有所改变,作为知识存储的重要机构,图书馆也必须求新求变,以适应变化发展的社会需求。针对这一问题,首先要加强图书馆的人才队伍建设,如推行继续教育、引进优秀人才、建立激励和竞争机制以及建设积极健康的图书馆文化;其次要完善图书馆的服务,如加强软件和硬件建设、转变服务方式和开展馆际合作。相信从人才队伍建设和服务两个方面双管齐下,一定能够大幅度提高图书馆的软实力,从而从容应对信息时代的挑战。In the Information Age,the way people acquire knowledge has changed a lot.As an important organization that store knowledge,libraries have to change,to develop,and to improve in order to satisfy the public need.Thus,some methods are put forward in this paper.First,talents training are to be strengthened,such as carrying out the continuing education,introducing outstanding talents,establishing incentive and competition mechanism and constructing a positive and healthy culture in the library.Second,service in the library is to be improved,such as adding new hardware and software,transforming servicing way and carrying out cooperation between libraries.If we can do these,the soft power of the library will be improved greatly.Then,it's easy to face the challenge in the Information Age.
