摘 要:采用PCR扩增对大豆抗虫转基因高代株系目的基因进行检测,并通过生物鉴定的方法检测转基因后代抗虫性。结果表明:在共转化的3个目标基因中,含有单基因植株共409株,双基因179株,三基因36株,占所检测植株总数的百分比分别为37.8%、17.0%和3.4%;含有单个pta基因的植株数量最多,为239株,占检测植株总数的22.6%。选择8个转基因高代品系,接种蚜虫,在接种后第15天蚜虫数量达到最高峰,在37~66头之间,对照平均为154头,结果表明抗虫转基因植株具有明显的抗蚜性。多基因共转化转基因植株的高代分离明显,但纯合的转基因后代对蚜虫抗性仍显著。The target genes in high generations of transgenic soybean were detected by PCR amplification and their resistances to aphid were also investigated.The results showed that in co-transformation of three genes,there were 409 plants with single gene,179 plants owning double genes and 36 plants having three genes,accounted for 37.8%,17.0% and 3.4%of total detecting plants,respectively;the number of plants only with pta gene were the most,239 plants accounted for 22.6%of total plants.The number of aphids was up to the highest after inoculated on transgenic soybean for 15 days,the range of 37 to 66 in eight transgenic lines,but the control had 154 aphids.Segregation in high generations of transgenic soybean was obvious using gene co-transformation,but resistance to aphids in their homozygous progenies was still significant.
