摘  要:目的:分析老年患者泌尿系统感染大肠埃希菌的特点及其耐药性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:采用全自动微生物鉴定系统对老年泌尿系统感染患者分离出的大肠埃希菌进行鉴定和药敏分析。结果:大肠埃希菌非产ESBLs株对青霉素类抗菌药物、第一、二代头孢菌素类药品高度耐药;对第三代头孢菌素耐药率大于40%;对碳青霉烯类药物美罗培南无耐药。大肠埃希菌产ESBLs株,仅碳青霉烯类抗生素美罗培南敏感。结论:老年患者泌尿系统感染大肠埃希菌的多重耐药性日趋严重,为了规范、合理地使用抗菌药物,需加强药物敏感性试验,从而对耐药菌的传播和流行加以预防和控制。Objective:To analyze drug resistance for Escherichia coli during urinary tract infection in the elderly to provide the reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods:Automatic bacterium identifying and drug sensitivity analysis systems were used to analyze Escherichia coli from urinary tract infection in the elderly.Results:E.coli non-producing ESBLs were highly resistant to Penicillins and first or second generation cephalosporin drugs,and its medicine resistant rate to third generation cephalosporin was more than 40%.Conclusion:It is rather serious in the resistance of Escherichia coli in the elderly urinary tract infection.In order to regulate and rationally use antimicrobial agents we need to strengthen drug sensitivity test,thereby preventing and controlling its resistant pathogens and spreading.
