摘 要:分析了IPS运行状态网络化监测需求,依据现今流行的双层工业控制网络建立了IPS网络化监测模型,探讨了IPS无线监测技术方案,在此基础上提出了一种基于ZigBee的IPS网络化无线监测技术方案,并从监测底层网络硬件和软件入手、以舰船电力推进实验系统中整流器散热器的温度监测为例进行了ZigBee监测底层网的工程实现,技术分析与工程实现结果表明:网络化无线监测技术方案切实可行,能够满足IPS监测对网络的性能要求.The demand for networked monitoring the operation state of IPS was analyzed in this paper,and then the model of IPS network monitoring system was established according to the two-layered industrial control network nowadays.Subsequently,we discussed the wireless technology of networked monitoring for IPS,and proposed a project of wireless network monitoring system based on ZigBee.With a view to the hardware and software of the bottom monitoring network,we took the example of the temperature monitoring of radiator of rectifier in the electric propulsion experiment system,and carried out the project.According to the analysis of the technology and the data from the project,we concluded that the project was feasible,and was able to meet the performance need of the networked monitoring system in IPS.
