摘　　要：连续催化重整装置的氨气螺杆压缩机组在大修后电机振动突然加剧,为此,对故障原因进行诊断,提出了解决措施。检修后,经空载及重车试运行,机组运转平稳,相关运行参数正常,振动问题得到了解决。After overhaul completion of the screw compressor of the continuous catalytic ammonia reformer,its driving motor＇s vibration became heavy suddenly.The malfunction cause was diagnosed and means to solve this malfunction were suggested.After trial operation both under no-load and heavy load condition,the screw compressor set working stably proved that the vibration problem had been solved.
