摘 要:本文合成了一种固井水泥浆微沫剂WMJ-1,重点研究了WMJ-1固井水泥浆微沫剂对不同体系的低密度固井水泥浆体系性能的影响规律。实验结果表明:0.2%WMJ的加入能显著减低浆体的密度,密度最低可降为0.69 g/cm3,形成性能稳定的超低密度微泡沫固井水泥浆体系,并可显著降低低密度固井水泥浆的析水量、提高浆体的表观黏度、改善水泥浆的稳定性;WMJ-1可明显降低低密度固井水泥浆体系的抗压强度,复配加入WG微硅粉后可一定程度上提高浆体固化体的抗压强度,且能够显著提高体系的触变性能,对固井防漏十分有利。In this paper,a micro-foaming agent WMJ-1,used for the low density cement slurry(LDCS) was synthesized and the effects of the WMJ-1 on the performance of the different LDCS system were investigated.The results showed that the density of theLDCS could be reduced significantly after adding 0.2%WMJ-1 micro-foaming agent,the lowest density being of 0.69 g/cm3,which resulted in forming a stable ultra-low-density micro-foam cement slurry system;at the same time,the content of free water of the LDCS was decreased and the apparent viscosity of the LDCS was increased significantly,as a result,the stability of the LDCS was improved greatly;however,WMJ-1 had certain negative influences on the compressive strength;after adding the WG silica fume,the compressive strength of the WMJ-1 treated LDCS could improved to some degree,and the thixotropic performance of the LDCS also could significantly improve,which could prevent the cement slurry from lost circulation.
