摘 要:本文采用油/水/固三相接触角法研究了阳离子Gemini表面活性剂(GS12-2-12)分别改变亲油/亲水云母表面润湿性的能力,利用原子力显微镜考察了Gemini表面活性剂在亲油/亲水云母表面润湿反转前后的吸附形貌。实验结果表明,在GS12-2-12浓度为800 mg/L时均能使亲油表面和亲水表面发生润湿性反转。原子力显微镜吸附形貌分析数据证明润湿反转的本质是Gemini表面活性剂在固体表面形成单层吸附的结果。对于亲水固液界面,Ca2+和Na+都能够使GS12-2-12改变固液界面润湿能力增强;而使亲油固液界面的润湿能力减弱。在Na+或Ca2+存在下,GS12-2-12溶液在亲油云母表面接触角均随pH值的增加而减小;而在亲水云母表面接触角随着pH值的增加而增加。The reversal wettability of cationic Gemini surfactant(GS12-2-12) on the surface of the lipophilic or hydrophilic mica surface was studied by contact angle method in oil-water-solid three phase,and the absorption morphology of Gemini surfactant on the surface of the lipophilic or hydrophilic mica was observed by atomic force microscopy(AFM).In addition,the influence of Na+、Ca2+ and pH on the reversal wettability were also studied in this paper.The results showed that the reversal wettability occurred at the concentration of 800 mg/L whether on the surface of lipophilic mica or on the surface of the hydrophilic mica.It was deduced from the absorption morphology obtained by AFM,that the basic reason of the reversal wettability was monolayer adsorption on the mica surface.The ability to change the wettability of GS12-2-12 on the hydrophilic mica was enhanced by 0.2 mol/L Ca2+ or 1 mol/L Na+,and the contact angle of GS12-2-12 solution(50~800 mg/L) on the surface of the lipophilic mica increased with increasing pH in the existence of 0.2 mol/L Ca2+ or 1 mol/L Na+;while that showed the opposite trend on the lipophilic mica.
