摘  要:针对矿场实际需求,本文开展了聚表剂(海博Ⅲ型)溶液色谱分离对聚表剂增黏性、溶液黏度稳定性、分子线团尺寸和界面张力影响实验研究,并研究了现有聚合物浓度检测方法对聚表剂驱采出液浓度检测的适应性和应对措施。结果表明,乙醇提纯作用可以使聚表剂化学组成发生变化,即可以去除聚表剂中所含活性物质。由此可见,当聚表剂在多孔介质内运移时,聚合物与活性物质间将发生色谱分离,使聚表剂溶液与原油间界面张力由5.02 mN/m升至28.88 mN/m。对比两种标定曲线采出液浓度检测果发现,同一样品,采用提纯后聚表剂标定曲线检测浓度值约为采用提纯前聚表剂标定曲线检测浓度值的55%~60%,采用提纯聚表剂标定曲线进行采出液聚合物浓度标定的准确性更高。In view of the actual demand in field,the effect of chromatographic fractionation of polymeric surface-active agent(PSAA) solution on its viscosifying action,solution stability,molecular coil dimension and interfacail tension were investigated,in addition,the accommodation of the current detaction method of the concentration of polyacrylamide to the detaction of the concentration of the produced solution in the PSAA flooding was probed and its response measure was taken.The results showed that the chemical composition of the PSAA was changed by the purification action of alcohol,which could remove the active material from the PSAA.Thus,there existed the chromatographic fractionation between polymer and the active material when the PSAA solution was flowwing in the porous media,resulting in an increase of the interfacail tension from 5.02 mN/m to 28.88 mN/m.The concentration tests indicated that the test value of the concentration of the produced solution was lower using the calibration curve of the purified PSAA by 55%~60% than that using the calibration curve of the PSAA.Therefore,when the calibration curve of the puried PSAA was used,the accuracy would be better.
