摘 要:基于已成功用于现场的地下成冻HPAN/水溶性酚醛树脂高温冻胶堵剂,加入HPAM以提高HPAN中水不溶物的悬浮稳定性,加入氯化铵调节(缩短)体系成冻时间,得到了可用于中低温(如65℃)油藏的双聚合物冻胶堵剂,其优化配方为:0.2%~0.3%HPAM+3%~4%HPAN+0.8%~1.0%水溶性酚醛树脂+0.4%~0.5%氯化铵。该冻胶体系65℃成冻时间3~5天,对填砂管的堵塞率在95%以上。在中低温的胜利孤岛油田西区北综合含水95%的聚合物驱后转后续水驱单元的2口注水井,用该堵剂实施深部调剖后,9口对应油井中有7口井见效,累计增油2000吨以上,含水下降1.1%~3.4%,有效期3~9个月,平均6个月左右。A bipolymer gelling fluid for medium low temperature,ca 65℃,was developed on the basis of a high temperature HPAN/water soluble phenolic resin gelling fluid successfully used in Shengli,through introducing HPAM to improve suspension stability of water insoluble substances in HPAN and NH4Cl additionally to regulate,to shorten,gelling time of the fluid.An optimized composition was found as 0.2%~0.3% HPAM+3%~4%HPAN+0.8%~1.0%water soluble phenolic resin +0.4%~0.5%NH4Cl.The gelling time of the optimized fluid at 65℃ was in range 3~5 days and its plugging rate in sand packs was higher than 95%.At an area of Northern Gudao West,Shengli,being water flooded again after polymer flood finished and reached 95% water cut,indepth modification jobs by using this gelling fluid were made in two injection wells and positive responses were observed in 7 of 9 connected production wells in 3~9 month,or ca 6 months in average;more than 2000 tones additional oil output;water cut drop of 1.1%~3.4% from initial value of 95%.
