鼻饲对高龄髋部骨折患者的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻饲对高龄髋部骨折患者的临床意义。方法 70例75岁以上(进食差)实施髋部骨折手术的患者,38例进行鼻饲,32例未进行鼻饲(患者及家属拒绝鼻饲治疗)。对两种情况患者住院时间、体重变化及既有系统疾病加重进行比较。结果进行鼻饲疗法的患者较未进行鼻饲的患者在各个方面有明显的改善,差异有统计学意义。结论对高龄髋部骨折患者行鼻饲疗法可极大改善患者营养状态,缩短住院时间、减少卧床并发症、提高治愈率。Objective To explore the clinical significance of the nasal feeding for elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods The 70 cases of patients aged 75 and above,who were taking in low amounts of food,accepted treatment of hip fracture surgery.Including 38 cases nasal feeding,32 cases were without Nasal feeding（the patients and family to refuse the nasal feeding therapy）.The hospital time,weight change and system disease exacerbations of 2 groups were compared.Results Compared with patients without nasal feeding,The patients with nasal feeding therapy had obvious improvement,and there was statistical significance.Conclusion In elderly patients with hip fracture,nasal feeding therapy can greatly improve patients nutrition,shorten the length of hospital time,reduce laid-in-bed complications,and improve the curative rate.
