摘 要:目的探讨直肠壁各层声像图识别特征。方法用高频(4~13MHz)线阵探头扫查10例正常离体直肠标本,获得各层组织声像图,逐层标记、剥离,分别行组织学检查。结果超声显示直肠壁为高低回声相间的7层结构,由内至外分别为:高回声声学界面、低回声黏膜层、高回声黏膜下层、低回声内环肌层、高回声纤维结缔组织层、低回声外纵肌层及高回声外膜层,经组织学证实。结论高频超声显示正常直肠壁为七层回声,可为直肠疾病的诊断尤其是直肠癌浸润深度的判断提供影像学依据。Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features of normal rectal walls. Methods Ten removed rectal specimens were scanned with high frequency (4- 13 ultrasound images of various layers and having each layer marked, and examination respectively. Results Ultrasound demonstrated seven layers by hig lay MHz) linear array probe separated, followed by hi of structure which were to obtain stological identified alternative high and low echoes. From innermost layer towards the outer layers, they were divided as.. h-echo acoustic interface, tow-echo mucous layer, high-echo sub-mucous layer, low-echo circular muscle er, high-echo fibrous connective tissue layer,low-echo outer longitudinal muscle layer and high-echo outer membrane ultrasound and judge layer. All these findings were justified by histological examination. Conclusions High-frequency demonstrated 7 layers of echoes in normal rectal walls. This provides imaging basis for diagnosis the invasion degree of rectal cancers.
