摘 要:由煤质变化造成的炉内燃烧不稳定一直是影响某电厂600 MW机组锅炉安全运行的关键原因。以该锅炉为研究对象,通过Gambit软件建立炉膛的三维结构并生成网格,在FLUENT软件中选择合理的数学模型,进行了不同煤质下炉内燃烧的数值模拟。研究发现:随着煤质的改善,炉内温度和CO浓度升高,气粉分离现象减轻,煤粉着火提前,炉膛火焰充满度逐渐提高,但燃烧器分组效果降低。模拟结果与锅炉实际运行情况吻合较好。The unstable combustion caused by coal quality variation is a key factor affecting operation of the boiler for 600 MW unit in one power plant.Taking the said boiler as the object of study,a three-dimensional structure of the furnace has been established and a mesh being produced through Gambit software.A reasonable mathematic model has been chosed from FLUENT software and the combustion in furnace being numerically simulated under condition of burning coals with different quality.The results show that the temperature and concentration of CO in the furnace are higher as the coal quality becomes better,the phenominon of seperating pulverized coal from air being alleviated,the ignition of pulverized coal being earlier,and the fullness of flame in the furnace becoming gradually better,but the effectiveness of burners' block being decreased,the results of simulation tally comparatively well with actual operation of teh boiler.
