摘　　要：针对煤样采制和化验系统的现状,研发了一种无放射源、非接触式的实时煤质分析仪——近红外煤质多组分实时分析仪,使用该仪器可实时分析煤样的热值、水分、灰分、挥发分等。与入厂煤、入炉煤和炉前煤粉等采制样装置组合配套,可实现煤样采制和煤质多组分分析的全过程自动化。利用该仪器对某电厂混合煤样进行分析,所得结果与人工分析结果接近,符合标准要求。The status quo of sampling,preparing,and analysing for various coal samplers in thermal power plants has been briefly presented,and a non-contact type real-time coal quality analyser without radio-active source,namely real-time and multi-purpose NIR coal quality analyser,being expounded.By using said NIR analyser,the calorific value,water content,ash content,and volatile matter content etc.in fuel coal can be analyzed in real-time.Combined with sampling and preparing facilities for plant-incoming coal,furnace-entering coal,and pulverized coal before entering the furnace to make a complete set,the automation of whole process in sampling and preparing coal samples and multi-purpose coal quality analysis can be realized.The analysis of mixed coal samples in one power plant by using the said NIR coal quality analyser shows that the results obtained is very close to that of artificial analysis in the laboratory,tallying with the requirements of standard.
