含偶氮苯结构聚酯的合成及性能

摘　　要：以间苯二甲酸为原料合成了5-[4-(乙氧基)苯基偶氮]-1,3-苯二甲酸二乙酯,分别与1,3-丙二醇、1,6-己二醇和聚乙二醇-400熔融聚合得到了3种新型含有偶氮苯结构的线型聚酯(P1～P3),采用IR、UV-vis1、H NMR、SEC和TG-DTA等对聚酯结构和性能进行了表征.聚酯(P1～P3)易溶于THF、CHCl3等有机溶剂,特性黏度分别为0.514 60、.463 9、0.565 7 dL/g,Mw分别为39 200、34 983、45 507 g/mol,5%失重温度分别为287、276、335℃.在365 nm紫外光照射下,聚酯(P1～P3)中偶氮苯结构发生反-顺异构化,在350 nm波长光激发下,聚酯(P1～P3)在398 nm附近发紫色光.Three novel linear polyesters（P1～P3） containing azobenzene unit are synthesized by condensation polymerization of diethyl 5-（4-alkoxy phenylazo） isophthalate and different glycols（1,3-propylene glycol,1,6-hexylene glycol,polyethylene glycol-400）.The structure and properties of the polyesters（P1～P3） are confirmed by IR,UV-vis,1H NMR,SEC and TG-DTA.Polyesters（P1～P3） containing azobenzene unit dissolve in common organic solvents such as tetrahydrofuran and chloroform,et al.The intrinsic viscosities of polyesters（P1～P3） in chloroform are 0.514 6,0.463 9,0.565 7 dL/g,the Mw are 39 200,34 983,45 507 g/mol,5% weight loss temperature of polyesters（P1～P3） are 287,276,335 ℃.Polyesters（P1～P3） take place trans-cis photoisomerization under 365 nm UV irradiation.With the ultraviolet excitation at 350 nm,polyesters（P1～P3） emit purple fluorescence at 398 nm.
