高住低训习服过程大鼠自由基代谢动态变化的研究

摘  要:通过模拟"高住低训"(HiLo)训练法,观察HiLo习服过程中自由基代谢的动态变化过程.40只大鼠分为5组:常氧对照组、HiLo 1~4周组.HiLo组大鼠每天在2 500 m(氧含量约为15.4%)的高原环境生活,并模拟海拔1 300 m(氧含量约为19.4%)环境游泳运动1 h(6 d/w),共4周.结果显示,HiLo后的第1周和第2周24 h后,与对照组相比,大鼠比目鱼肌SOD、CAT和GST酶活性及MDA、CK值显著升高(P<0.01).在HiLo的第3周和第4周后,SOD、CAT和GST酶活性及MDA、CK值仍显著升高,但升高的幅度明显降低(分别为P<0.05和P<0.01),Hi-Lo第4周24 h后GST酶活性回复至正常水平.并研究提示,大鼠在HiLo过程中自由基的代谢呈动态变化,与机体低氧习服过程的变化过程相似.The study is to explore the effect of simulated training method of "HiLo"(Living High-Training Low) on free radical metabolism in rats.40 rats was divided into 5 groups as control and HiLo 1~4 weeks groups.HiLo groups living at 2 500 m simulated altitude and training at 1 300 m simulated altitude,lasted for four weeks.The result showed that the activities of SOD、CAT and GST,the level of MDA and CK rose significantly,which were compared with the control group in first and second week;The activities of SOD、CAT and GST,MDA and CK were still in high level in third and fourth week,which were compare with the control group,but the rising range reduced.The study hints that the metabolism of free radical is in a dynamic proceeding,similar to the proceeding of hypoxia acclimatization.
