摘 要:运用托达罗基本分析模型分别从宏观和微观两个层面研究辽宁沿海经济带农村人力资源转移问题,分析农村人力资源状况、城乡收入差距、总体就业形势等因素以及教育水平、文化差异、心里舒适度等个人心理成本因素的影响.在托达罗分析模型的基础上,结合辽宁沿海经济带整体开发背景,提出坚持政府推动和市场主导相结合、增强城市吸纳能力和扩大在农业(农村)内部就业相结合的人力资源转移方向,构建辽宁沿海经济带农村人力资源转移的基本模式.Using the Todaro Basic Analysis model,we found that the transfer of rural human resources in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone mainly depends on rural human resources' situation,urban-rural income gap and the overall employment situation.Meanwhile,the tranfer is effected by education level,cultural differences,heart comfort level and Personal psychological cost factors.In this paper,based on the Todaro model and combined with the overall economic development of Liaoning coastal Economic Zone,we built a basic model for the transfer of rural human resources in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone.The model is to insist the combination of Government to promote and market-led,the combination of enhancing the absorptive capacity of urban areas to rural human resources,and the expansion of employment in agriculture(rural areas).
