摘　　要：随着加入WTO和开展医药卫生三项制度的改革,我国医院的发展进入了一个崭新的阶段,逐渐从封闭型医院转变成为开放型医院。我们认为,面对日趋激烈的市场竞争,医疗服务质量要想得到进一步提高,加强医院的核心竞争力,就必须得走创新管理的可持续发展道路。With the accession to the WTO and the reform of medical and health three systems,the development of China＇s hospitals is going into a new stage,gradually changing from closed hospital into open hospital.We believe that if we want to further improve the quality of medical services with the increasingly fierce market competition and strengthen the hospital＇s core competitiveness,we have to take the road of sustainable development of innovation management.
