保合庄村农村基础设施项目管理及启示

摘　　要：保合庄村是北京市一个典型村。在"五项工程建设"、"三起来工程"等村级农村基础设施等建设与管理方面形成自己的项目融资模式、组织模式和管理模式,具有一定的特点、优点与不足。以点代面,加强农民自组织建设、使其参与农村基础设施项目全过程管理,拓宽农村基础设施项目融资渠道,对其实施分类建设与分类管理是我们对村级农村基础设施管理的建议。Baohezhuang Village is a typical village in Beijing.In the construction and management aspects of ＂five construction projects＂ and the project of ＂letting rural lights up,warming up the farmers,recycling agricultural resources＂ and other village-level rural infrastructure,forming their own project financing model,organizational model and management model has certain characteristics,advantages and disadvantages.Fanning out from point to area,we should strengthen the farmers＇ self-organization construction,make them participate in the management of the whole process of rural infrastructure project,expand the financing channel of rural infrastructure project,implement construction and classification management.All above are the advices to the rural infrastructure management.
