摘　　要：对工程招投标阶段招标方和投标方的费用构成进行阐述,分析招投标阶段的经济性影响因素,最后提出降低费用经济性的提议。It describes the transaction fee structure of engineering projects bidding process at tender and bid price,and analyzes the main factors affecting the bidding phase economy,finally,proposes the economic proposals to reduce the cost.
