摘　　要：在高速公路工程项目中能运用全过程的合同管理,就会使高速公路建设起到不可估量的作用,管理时要严格按照合同的要求进行,才能有效保障工程质量,从而实现进度和投资的控制目标。基于此,本文对全过程合同管理在高速公路建设中的相关问题进行了探讨。Use of the management in the whole process of contract in the highway construction project plays an invaluable role in highway construction.In the management,we should strictly follow the requirements of the contract,which can effectively protect the quality of the project,so as to achieve the control objectives of the progress and investment.Based on this,the related issues of management in whole process of contract in highway construction are discussed.
