摘 要:在固定床微反装置上研究了环烷酸在不同催化剂上的催化脱酸反应,对反应后的液体产物和催化剂分别进行了红外光谱和热重分析,对比了环烷酸在不同催化剂上的脱酸效果和反应产物。结果表明,分子筛催化剂的脱酸率几乎达到100%,金属氧化物的脱酸率在92%以上;环烷酸的脱酸产物与催化剂的种类有关,在分子筛催化剂上脱酸反应主要生成CO,在金属氧化物上主要生成CO2;虽然同为碱金属氧化物,环烷酸在MgO和CaO上的脱酸反应过程明显不同,CaO在反应过程中自身会变成Ca(OH)2、CaCO3和环烷酸钙,但MgO没有变化;环烷酸在-γAl2O3上的脱酸率高于CaO和MgO,CO2也是主要的脱酸产物。The catalytic deacidification of naphthenic acid over various catalysts was carried out in a fixed bed unit.Liquid products were analyzed by FT-IR and reacted catalysts were analyzed by TGA.Deacidification effects and reaction products of naphthenic acid over various catalysts were compared.The results demonstrated that deacidification ratio of naphthenic acid over zeolite catalysts was about 100%,and the ratio was still more than 92% when metal oxides were used as the catalysts.However,deacidification products of naphthenic acid related to the type of catalyst.Over zeolite catalysts CO was the main deacidification product,while over metal oxides CO2 was dominant product.Reaction processes of naphthenic acid were obviously different over MgO and CaO though they both were alkaline metal oxides.Some CaO became Ca(OH)2,CaCO3 and naphthenic acid calcium,but MgO had no change during naphthenic acid deacidification.Deacidification ratio of naphthenic acid over γ-Al2O3 was higher than that over CaO and MgO,and CO2 was dominant product,too.
