摘 要:在分析国内外先进催化裂化技术的基础上,提出了"低温接触、大剂/油比"的技术理念,并对基于此技术理念的催化裂化技术进行了系统化分析、归类。中试试验和工业应用的实践表明,采用"低温接触、大剂/油比"技术理念和操作条件,改善了原料油和催化剂的初始接触混合状况,抑制了热裂化反应,促进了催化裂化反应,提高了原料转化率,并能显著改善产品分布和产品性质。与常规催化裂化工艺相比,采用这一技术理念的工艺过程,转化率提高3百分点左右,干气产率降低25%左右,总液收率提高1百分点以上。On the analysis of the relevant advanced technologies in fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) process,a new technological concept of low temperature contact and high ratio of catalyst to oil was proposed,and a series of potentially novel FCC processes based on the concept were analyzed and categorized systematically.The results formed pilot scale experiment and industrial application showed that with the decrease of initial contact temperature and the increase of catalyst to oil ratio,the initial contact conditions between the catalyst and feedstocks could be improved,thereby the thermal cracking reaction could be inhibited and the catalytic cracking reaction could be promoted in FCC riser.Therefore,the conversion increased significantly,and the slates and properties of the product were improved substantially.Compared to the conventional FCC process,the conversion of feed increased by about 3 percent while the yield of dry gas decreased about 25%,and the total liquid product yield increased by more than 1 percent in the new FCC processes.
