摘  要:采用X射线荧光光谱法在线测定铁矿石等矿物原料中主次成分,针对矿物原料的制样方式、样片制备方法、仪器分析条件等影响因素进行研究探讨,通过大量的实验和长期的生产实践,总结出分析过程中试样处理、仪器测量等操控因素和经验,应用到冶金生产的在线分析上,收到了较好的效果,满足了生产在线分析简便、快速、准确的需求。The major and minor compositions in iron-bearing raw mineral materials are determined on line by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF),and the influencing factors such as the way for taking the samples of mineral raw materials,the method for preparing sample pieces and the conditions of instrument suitable for analysis are discussed,and thus the experience and controlling factors for treating samples and measuring by instrument in analyzing are summarized based on amount of experiments and production practice,and good effects are obtained when XRF method is applied to the online analyzing during production and meet the requirements required by online analyzing during the production in simple,rapid and precise way.
