摘  要:分析了热轧带钢表面麻点状铁皮缺陷产生的原因,通过降低开轧温度、提高穿带速度、采用热轧工艺润滑、高速钢轧辊、辊缝冷却、在线轧辊研磨等一系列措施,可以降低带钢表面三次氧化铁皮厚度,改善精轧工作辊表面状态。实际应用结果表明,这些措施对控制带钢表面麻点非常有效,可以将铝镇静钢表面麻点状铁皮发生率控制在0.1%以下。This paper analyzes the causes leading to the defect of pitting scales on the surface of hot rolled strip,and thus the thickness of scales formed for the third time on the surface of strip can be decreased and the surface condition of work roll during the finish rolling is improved by taking a series of measures such as lowering starting rolling temperature,increasing the strip threading speed,using technological lubrication in hot rolling,assembling the rolls made by high speed steel,and carrying out technologies for roll gap cooling and on-line roll grinding.The actual operations show that it is effective to control pitting scales formed on the surface of strips by taking these measures,and as a result the fault rate for forming the pitting scales on the surface of aluminium killed steel strips can be controlled up to 0.1%.
