摘　　要：目的观察重组人表皮细胞生长因子(Recombinant human epithelial growth factor,rh-EGF)对儿童小面积深Ⅱ度烧烫伤的疗效。方法采用随机对照试验方法,选择92例儿童小面积深Ⅱ度烧烫伤病例,随机分为三组治疗。A组:1%SD-Ag冷霜治疗组;B组:贝复济(b-FGF-ESSEX)治疗组,C组:rh-EGF治疗组。观察创面愈合速率及创面愈合后6个月及12个月瘢痕指数(SI)。结果 92例患儿经治疗后全部临床愈合,A组平均愈合时间为(20±2.4)d,B组平均愈合时间为(17±3.1)d,C组(15±2.6)d。治疗过程中各组创面面积随治疗时间延长而逐渐缩小,C组愈合速率明显快于A、B组。创面愈合6个月、12个月后随访,C组的SI优于A、B两组。结论 rh-EGF治疗儿童小面积深Ⅱ度烧烫伤患儿,创面愈合速率及SI优于SD-Ag冷霜治疗组和贝复济治疗组。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of rh-EGF on small area deep second-degree burn wounds in children.Methods 92 patients suffered from small area deep second-degree burn wounds,all the patients were randomly divided into three groups.Silver sulfadiazine（Group A）,b-FGF-ESSEX（Group B） and rh-EGF（Group C） were used as topic agents respectively.Their efficacy were observed and compared.Results All the 92 patients were clinical recovered.The average healing time of Group A was（20±2.4） d,Group B was（17±3.1） d,Group C was（15±2.6） d.The wound area was gradually dwindled with the treatment time expand,The healing speed in Group C was faster than those in Group A and Group B.Recovering after 6 months and 12 months,the scar index in Group C was superior to that in Group A and Group B.Conclusion Compared with silver sulfadiazine and b-FGF-ESSEX,rh-EGF can reduce the healing time of children small area deep second-degree burn wounds,with the superior scar index.
