摘　　要：支付宝-牌照-VIE,这一系列事件把支付行业里更漫长、复杂的牌照故事掀开一角博奕,不但在阿里巴巴董事会,也在监管层与支付企业。The story of Alipay is like a chain of dominoes that were set up to fall into each other. One of those dominose was the idea of licensing.an idea which has been making its way through third party payment enterprises in China over the past five years.While anther domino was the competing interests of the four-member board of directors of Alibaba.Additional smaller pieces include the state of online payment enterprises,China's changing attitude towards foreign investment,the current of Alibaba over Google,and the ever changing demands of Alibaba's management team.The end result:Alibaba's management team took the third party payment license for themselves,thus severing the umbilical cord of Alipay and their parent company,the Alibaba Group,Caught between the furor of policy and practice,Ma Yun ended up making a decision he described as "Not perfect,but the only correct one". And yet,even after this decision,the tug-of-war between management and payment enterprises continues to go on.
