摘 要:在Bi2O3-BaO-SiO2(BiBaSi)玻璃体系中,分别加入10%(质量分数,下同)、20%和30%MgO骨料制备用作封接材料的复合玻璃。用差热分析仪、扫描电镜和场发射扫描电镜对复合玻璃的热膨胀系数、物相和元素组成进行了分析。结果表明:MgO的加入在一定范围内调整了封接材料的热膨胀性能,提高了复合封料的使用温度;BiBaSi-10MgO在760℃长期使用呈现玻璃相与MgSiO3晶体相长期共存,而BiBaSi-20MgO和BiBaSi-30MgO分别在840℃和900℃长期使用呈现玻璃相与Mg2SiO4晶体相长期共存;通过MgO含量和温度的协同作用,调控了复合封料的结晶速率,获得良好的长期稳定性。The composite sealants with a magnesium oxide-filler of 10%(mass fraction,the same below),20% and 30% in the Bi2O3-BaO-SiO2(BiBaSi)glass were investigated.The coefficients of thermal expansion(CTE),phase and elements of the composite sealants were analyzed by differential thermal analysis,scanning electron microscope and field emission scanning electron micros-copy.The results show that the CTE of sealants can be adjusted and the suitable sealing temperature can be increased via the addition of the magnesium oxide-filler.There co-existed glass phase and magnesium silicate crystal phase in BiBaSi-10MgO at 760 ℃,and there co-existed glass phase and forsterite crystal phase in BiBaSi-20MgO and BiBaSi-30MgO at 840 ℃ and 900 ℃,respectively.The crystallization rate of composite sealants could be controlled by the synergies of magnesium oxide content and temperature,leading to the improvement of the stability of sealing materials.
