摘 要:以二甲苯作生物质焦油的模拟化合物,用凹凸棒石负载镍作催化剂来研究二甲苯的催化重整反应。研究了温度、空速(载气流速与催化剂体积的比值)、Ni的负载量、水碳比[水蒸气与二甲苯中碳原子的摩尔比,n(S)/n(C)]对催化活性的影响并考察了催化剂的寿命。结果表明:当反应条件为n(S)/n(C)=6.6,空速为856 h-1,Ni的担载量(Ni负载在凹凸棒石上的质量分数)为5%时,二甲苯的转化率最高;催化剂的催化活性随着反应温度的升高而增加,并在实验确定的最优条件下,在300 min内呈基本稳定趋势。Palygorskite(PG) supported Ni catalysts were prepared,and their steam reforming catalytic activities were examined by xylene as a model tar compound in biomass syngas.Effects of temperature,space velocity,content of Ni loading and mole ratio of steam to carbon(n(S)/n(C)) on the catalytic activities were investgated.The life of catalysts was also investigated.The results show that the optimal conditions for the highest catalytic yield are n(S)/n(C) of 6.6,N2(balance) space velocity of 856 h-1,and Ni content loaded on the palygorskite of 5%.The catalysts had a high catalytic activity at the increased temperature,and could keep a steady-state activity in 300 min under the optimized conditions.
