摘 要:采用改进的溶胶-凝胶法制备了一系列陶瓷粉体Pr1-xSrxCo1-yFeyO3-δ(x=0.2、0.4、0.6;y=0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8)。运用相转化/烧结技术制造出了Pr0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ(PSCF6428)中空陶瓷纤维膜。用热分析、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、X射线能谱等技术对制备的粉体、烧结前后的中空纤维膜进行了表征。结果表明:所制备的中空纤维膜内外壁部分均为指状孔结构,中间为海绵状致密层。运用气相色谱仪在线测定了中空纤维膜透氧通量随温度变化的关系。结果表明:膜烧结温度对其透氧性能具有相当大的影响,当烧结温度从1 300℃提高到1 350℃时,中空纤维膜的透氧速率急剧下降。A series of ceramic powders,Pr1-xSrxCo1-yFeyO3-δ(x = 0.2,0.4,0.6;y = 0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8),were prepared by a modified sol-gels method.The ceramic hollow-fiber membranes of Pr0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ(PSCF6428) were manufactured by a combined phase-inversion/sintering technique.The prepared powders and the green and sintered hollow-fiber membranes were characterized by thermal analysis,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy.The hollow-fiber mem-brane prepared had fingerlike structures located at the outer and inner walls of the fiber.The oxygen permeation fluxes of the hol-low-fiber membranes were measured at different temperatures.Sintering temperature of the hollow-fiber membranes had an effect on the oxygen permeation property.The oxygen permeation rate decreased when the sintering temperature increased from 1 300 to 1 350 ℃.
