儿童嗜酸性脂膜炎1例

摘　　要：患者男,10岁。双下肢反复出现斑块伴瘙痒2个月。右小腿外侧可见一直径约3.0cm的暗红色水肿性斑块,有浸润感,无触痛,皮温较高。皮损组织病理示:真皮深层胶原纤维及脂肪小叶间有片状嗜酸性粒细胞浸润,局部胶原纤维间见火焰现象。诊断:嗜酸性脂膜炎。每天予强的松35mg口服[1mg/(kg.d)],2周后皮损好转。A 10-year-old boy presented with a 2-month-history of recurrent plaque with itching on both lower extremi- ties. The flexor aspect of right leg presented with a 3.0cm diameter edematous plaque. Histopathologic examination revealed dense infiltration of eosinophils in the fat tissue. Eosinophilic flame sign was seen. Diagnosis of eosinophilic panniculitis was made. The patient was treated with oral prednisone 35mg/d （ 1 mg/kg）, and the skin lesions significantly improved within 2 weeks.
