摘 要:为研究高压电控共轨系统的喷油特性,利用EFS瞬时喷油测量仪试验台,采用位移法对Bosch高压电控共轨喷油系统进行了不同喷射压力、不同喷油提前角以及多次喷射的喷油规律试验研究。结果表明,喷油压力越高,喷油率越大且喷油持续期越短;当实现多次喷射时,预喷油量为一定值而预喷间隔改变时,预喷射位置的变化相当于在x轴上横向平移;而当预喷定时相同、预喷油量不同时,在喷油率曲线上显示为在相同位置上峰值不同的预喷射喷油率;后喷射情形与此类似。In order to study on the injection characteristics of Electric Common Rail System,the experiments were carried out on an EFS transient fuel injection equipment test bench,with varying injection pressure,fuel injection timing and fuel split injections of Bosch CRS by method of displacement.The results showed that the higher the fuel injection pressure the higher the fuel injection rate and the shorter the fuel injection period.Under the split fuel injection conditions,the pilot injection position was equal to move on x axial with different fuel injection timing while keeping the same pilot fuel injection quantity.At the same time,the peak of fuel injection rate displayed different on the same position with different fuel injection quantities while keeping the same fuel injection timing.The change of post fuel injection was similar to that of pilot fuel injection.
