摘 要:通过对某矿泥岩顶板巷道围岩变形进行监测,总结该类巷道变形破坏的一般规律;借助钻孔窥视的手段对不同含水条件下泥岩顶板围岩的裂隙演化规律和破裂特征进行分析,在此基础上,研究泥岩顶板巷道冒顶的机理。研究表明:围岩裂隙是由浅部向深部逐渐扩散的,裂隙发育存在饱和现象;有效控制围岩微裂隙区向裂隙发育区演化,避免裂隙发育区发展到锚固区之外是保证富水泥岩顶板巷道稳定的关键。据此建立了分顶、分区的围岩控制技术体系,包括高性能锚杆支护技术、预应力锚索强化技术以及注浆加固技术,并成功地应用于工程实践。Through the deformation monitoring in roadway of one coal mine,general law of deformation and failure was summarized;fissure-evolving law and fracture characteristics of mudstone roof in the conditions of different water were researched by detecting roof-drillings;based on this,mechanism of roof-falling was researched.The results show that,fissures evolve from the superficial to the deep until being saturated,preventing micro fissure zone evolves to be fractured zone and avoiding fractured zone developing outside of anchorage zone are the key to ensure the stabilization of roadways with mudstone roof and water.Accordingly,control technology system for different zones in various roofs was built,including high performance bolt supporting,prestressed anchor strengthening and grouting reinforcement technology,the system was applied in engineering practice successfully.
