摘 要:为探讨研磨体形状对破碎参数的影响,采用钢球和钢段两种形状研磨体对水泥熟料进行粉磨,通过对粉磨产物的筛分处理,分析其粒度分布情况,研究粉磨过程中粉磨动力学方程的表述形式,最后运用非线性拟合技术进行回归分析。结果表明:采用上述两种形状研磨体,水泥熟料的粉磨均遵循一级粉磨动力学方程。钢段的破碎速率高于钢球的破碎速率,钢段粉磨物料可以在较短时间内达到预定细度。进一步研究证实:破碎分布函数基本不受研磨体形状的影响,与进料粒度有关。In order to discuss the effect of grinding media shape on the breakage parameters, the cement clinkers were milled with balls and cylpebs which were used as the grinding media in this experiment. The investigations were carried out with the sieving of grinding products, the particle size distribution was also analyzed. The expression form of grinding kinetic equation in the grinding process was studied. The results were gotten by the method of nonlinear regression analysis. The experimental results showed that all the grinding of cement clinkers obeyed the first-order breakage kinetics by adopting the two kinds of grinding media with different shapes. The higher breakage rates were noted with cylpebs than with balls. Following several minute grindings, the cylpebs produced a relatively finer products compared to the balls. It was fotmd that the primary breakage distribution function was dependent on the feed size, but independent of the grinding media shape.
