摘  要:南京大胜关长江大桥主桥6号墩采用壁厚2 m的双壁无底钢套箱围堰作为承台施工的挡水结构及钻孔桩施工平台。钢围堰高14.5 m的底节在工厂分块制造后江滩整体拼装成型,围堰底部设置U形钢浮箱作为气囊与围堰间的承载结构,气囊平行分布于浮箱底部的两侧,在后牵引力控制下依靠围堰自重分力缓慢滑移入水,围堰入水浮运至墩位后采用了"锚碇系统+前定位船"的定位方案完成了钢围堰的水中精确定位。该施工方法为桥梁深水基础施工钢围堰制造、下河浮运及锚碇定位提供了示范作用。2 m high steel cofferdam with double wall pouring jacket without bottom was employed as water retaining structure and drilling platform for bearing platform construction of No.6 pier of Nanjing Dashengguan Yangtze River Bridge.The 14.5 m high bottom part of steel cofferdam was manufactured separately at the factory and assembled together at the river bank.U shape steel buoyancy tank was set at the bottom of the cofferdam as bearing structure between air bags and cofferdam.The air bags were arranged parallel at both sides of buoyancy tank and slid into river slowly with the self weight of the cofferdam under control of rear traction force.The location by "anchor system plus prelocalization boat" secured the accurate position of the cofferdam in water after it had been floated to the pier.This construction method has provided an example for the manufacture,floating transportation and anchoring of steel cofferdam in construction of bridge deep water foundation.
