摘　　要：通过对醋酐法氯乙酸生产中使用的玻璃冷凝器存在的问题进行分析,了解了尾气、冷却水泄漏的原因,采用工艺性能指标优化的石墨改性聚丙烯列管式冷凝器和圆块孔式石墨冷凝器替代玻璃冷凝器后,取得了良好的运行、安全、环保效果。The causes of tail gas and cooling brine leaking were found out by analyzing the problems in glass condensers for production of chloroacetic acid by acetic anhydride method. The glass condensers were replaced by graphite modified polypropylenc tubular condensers and holed round-block type graphite condensers with advanced performance indexes, and thus achieving effects of good running, safety and environmental protection.
