摘 要:通过文献资料法、访谈法和调查法全面了解体能训练以及自由式滑雪空中技巧体能训练的内容和特点;运用数理统计和逻辑分析等方法,对中国自由式滑雪空中技巧队近5年的年度计划和各阶段训练计划进行分析,并重点研究了体能训练的内容、方法和负荷结构。通过研究得出各阶段训练中体能训练应占的合理比例,安排一般体能训练和专项体能训练的合理比例,体能训练的两个关键时期以及如何在这两个时期做好体能储备,并针对运动员的个体差异,调整力量训练和恢复性训练的方法。The thesis tries to research on the relevant information of physical stamina training as well as the characteristics of physical training for freestyle skiing aerials through literature,interview and investigation methods.By means of mathematical statistics and analysis,it also analyzes the five-year annual plan and the training programs for Chinese aerial team in the past 5 years,especially the content,methods and load structure of physical training.The result indicates the rational proportion of physical training in each phase,the rational proportion between general physical training and special physical training,two critical periods in physical training and the fitness reserves during the periods,the adjustment of the strength training and resumed training methods based on the individual differences of athletes.
