膝关节功能康复保健操治疗膝部骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:通过膝关节功能康复保健操功能锻炼对膝部骨性关节炎患者的临床评价,探讨膝关节功能康复保健操的疗效和作用,旨在建立膝骨关节炎功能锻炼方法。方法:采用随机对照的设计方法,将符合纳入标准的60例膝骨关节炎患者随机分成两组。锻炼组30例,对经基础治疗的患者予以康复保健操锻炼治疗;对照组30例,只给予基础治疗。连续两周后,观察比较两组患者康复前、后膝关节症状改善以及功能恢复的情况,并对两组患者进行计分评定比较。结果:两组在改善膝关节活动度、减轻关节疼痛、缓解晨僵、局部压痛等方面进行了比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),锻炼组效果明显优于对照组。结论:膝关节功能康复保健操对改善膝部骨性关节炎生活质量有显著的疗效。The aim of this paper is to discuss the clinical effect on Knee Osteoarthritis with Knee Rehabilitation Gymnastics,in order to set up the exercise methods.60 cases of KOA patients were randomized average divided into treatment group and control group.Both of them were given basic treatment.Meanwhile,the Knee Rehabilitation Gymnastics were added in the treatment group.All patients received treatment for 2 weeks,and then have been observed and compared on the symptoms＇ improvement and function＇ recovery before and after treatment,and then were compared with the comprehensive scoring method.Result： The comparison content included the exercise improvement,the relief degree of joint pain,the remission extent of morning stiffness and the knee＇s local tenderness,and has significant difference（P0.05）.Thus,we draw a conclusion that the Knee Rehabilitation Gymnastics had better effect on the Knee Osteoarthritis patient＇s life quality.
