辽宁省高校高水平运动队项目设置优化整合研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法和专家访谈法,通过对辽宁省12所高校高水平运动队项目设置现状进行调查,旨在进一步优化高校高水平运动队整体项目布局。研究结果表明:建队目标、人才竞争、建队条件、招生政策是影响我省高校高水平运动队项目设置的重要因素。作者从明确目标定位、调控规模、统一布局、打造精品项目及创新高水平运动队发展模式共五个环节提出改革建议。By means of documentation analysis,expert interviews and mathematical statistics,the writes conduct a research on the current sports events settings of top sports teams in twelve colleges and universities in Liaoning Province in order to further optimize and integrate their sports events settings.The research indicates that the aims of setting up of the teams,sport talents competition,the team conditions and the policies of recruiting athletes are the important factors that affect the sports events settings of top sports teams.The writer then puts forword the following advice： specifying the aims,regulating and controlling the scale of the teams,having an overall arrangement,forging first-class sports events and innovating new developing models for the top sports teams.
