摘　　要：目的了解掌握河北省疾病预防控制机构实验室生物安全防护设备现状,为完善河北省疾病预防控制机构实验室生物安全体系建设提供决策依据。方法于2010年7~10月采用调查问卷、电话核实及抽样检查的方法对全省市、县两级疾病预防控制机构实验室生物安全防护设备现状进行调查分析。结果市级疾病预防控制机构生物安全防护设备配置合理,使用操作比较规范;县（区）级疾病预防控制机构实验室操作设备配置尚能满足工作需求,但个体防护装备还不到位,人员防护意识有待提高。结论加大对基层实验室建设的投入,加强人员生物安全的培训,规范技术操作,切实提高人员生物安全意识,杜绝生物安全事故的发生。Objective To understand the current situation of CDC laboratory biosecurity equipments in Hebei province,in order to provide evidences for construction laboratory biosecurity system.Method Using phone checking,questionnaire and sampling inspection methods to investigate and analyze current situation of CDC laboratory biosecurity equipments in both county level and city level of in Hebei province from July to October in 2010.Results Biosecurity equipments in most CDC laboratory of city level equipped appropriately and operated orderly;in county level,equipments meet the operational requirement,but individual protective was inadequate,and self-protection awareness need to be improved.Conclusions Increased the investment in laboratory in county level,enhanced the training of CDC laboratories,standardized technique operation,and improved their self-protection awareness,in order to avoid the biosecuirty accident.
