摘　　要：社会经济的发展要求地方高校的专业设置与发展必须以地方经济社会发展对人才的需求为依据。化学工程与工艺专业涉及的工业领域包括石油化工、煤化工、高分子化工等,在国民经济中具有及其重要的地位。随着石化工业的迅猛发展,应用型化工技术人才缺口十分巨大。"临港化工"是目前以及今后我国石化工业发展的重要方向,因此,研究"临港化工"背景下化工专业应用型人才培养模式和培养方式,提高化工应用型人才的培养质量,具有十分重要的意义。The development of social economy demands that local college＇s specialty setting and development must be based on the local economic and social development to talented person＇s demand.Chemical engineering and technology specialty includes petrochemical,coal chemical,polymer chemical industry,which has its important position.Along with the rapid development of petrochemical industry,applied chemical technology talent shortage is enormous.＂ The harbor chemical industry ＂ is important direction of present and future in China petrochemical industrial development.Therefore,it has the extremely vital significance that chemical engineering personnel training mode and cultivation mode are studied under the background of ＂The harbor chemical industry＂ and chemical applied personnel talents training quality is also improved.
