摘　　要：目的:观察几种四氢原小檗碱类化合物的镇痛活性.方法:采用醋酸扭体和热板实验研究各药对于疼痛的影响.结果:l-SPD-A和l-THP对醋酸扭体的抑制作用较强,其次是THB-DM-A,THP-1-A和THP-5-A的作用不明显.在热板模型中l,-SPD-A高剂量和l-THP中高剂量对于热板痛阈有显著的延长作用.结论:l-THP和l-SPD-A有显著的镇痛作用,结构分析显示THPBs类化合物的9位取代基团对其镇痛活性有显著影响.The paper is to study the analgesic effect of tetrahydroprotoberberine analogs.Acetic acid induced writhing and the hot plate test were applied in mice to observe the antinociceptive effect.The results showed that l-SPD-A and l-THP had obvious inhibitory effect on acetic acid induced writhing,THB-DM-A was weaker,and THP-1-A and THP-5-A had little effect.Both high dosage of l-SPD-A and l-THP and medium dosage of l-THP prolonged significantly the latent period of pain reaction induced by hot plate in mice.It is concluded that l-SPD-A and l-THP have an obvious antinociceptive effect,and substitute group at the C9 group is more important for the analgesic effect.
