摘　　要：X window和DirectFB是嵌入式Linux平台中主流的窗口系统.X window最初是基于PC桌面环境设计的窗口系统,后来被广泛应用于嵌入式Linux平台中.DirectFB则是专门为嵌入式系统而设计的.文章概述了X和DirectFB的系统架构以及可扩展性,并运用实例进行了对比分析.Both X window and DirectFB are the popular windowing systems on embedded Linux platform.X window is the windowing system that was first designed for the desktop environment on PC and later is widely used in embedded Linux system.In contrast,DirectFB is designed with the embedded system in mind.This paper summarizes the system architecture and extensibility of X window and DirectFB and then offers a comparative analysis with examples.
