摘　　要：在高校学生公寓购电管理系统中,为了降低建设成本,将现有的电能表数据传送方式485通信转化为TCP/IP网络通信,从而充分利用学校校园网的优势,在上位机服务器端采用C#编程,利用Socket套接字实现TCP/IP网络与带485通信的电能表进行数据交换.通过实验调试,实现了上位PC机与电能表之间的实时通信,Socket套接字的利用,将校园网络引用到公寓用电管理系统中,提高了数据传输的实时性,有利于现代化校园用电网络的改造.In the University Student Apartment Power Purchasing Management System, in order to lower the construction costs, the existing 485 mode for meter data transmission is translated into a TCP/IP network communication, which is the advantage of school campus network. In PC server side, it is programmed with C# Socket to implement TCP/IP network communicate to 485 meter data exchange. After testing, the real-time communication between host PC and power meter is achieved with Socket. Using school campus network to Apartment Power Management System, the data transmission improved in real-time, it is conducive to reconstruction of modern campus.
