摘　　要：针对目前市场上水果的定量称重包装精度不高的现状,以宁夏长枣为研究对象,设计了红枣分级生产线自动控制称重系统,介绍了称重系统的工作原理及系统组成,并设计了自动称重系统的电气控制部分.该称重系统结构简单,操作灵活;整个过程实现自动控制,无需人工处理.实验表明,设计的称重系统能实现对果品的快速、定量称重包装,可以满足企业生产的需要,有较好的推广价值.For the status quo of low accuracy with quantitative packing for fruit on the market, making the jujube as subject, an automatic weighting system of fruit grading production line was designed. Its operation principle as well as system configuration were introduced, and electrical control element was designed, the architecture of weighting system is simple and flexible operation. Operation process controls automatically without human intervening. The experiment shows that it can finish weighting and packing fleetly and quantitatively, which meets the needs of enterprise production for a better popular value.
