摘　　要：为提高工业生产过程中一些关键参数的准确性与可靠性,针对宁夏某饲料加工企业自动配料系统生产不够稳定的现状,将自动配料系统中混合仓搅拌电机的工作电流作为决策的参数,对其进行滤波.将滤波后的数据应用在实际自动配料控制系统中表明,该方法处理的结果达到了工业生产的要求,能够实现自动配料系统的稳定生产,与原来人工生产相比,提高了产品的质量和数量.实践证明,该数据滤波方法能够在实际控制系统中进行应用.In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of some key parameters in industrial process, for the unstable production status of automatic batching system of feed processing enterprises in Ningxia, operating current of stirring motor is filtered, which is in storehouse of automatic batching system is used as decision-making parameter. Filtered data use in the actual automatic batching control system shows that the method approaches to the requirements of industrial production in the hand of stable production of automatic batching system. Compared with the original manual production, it improved product quality and quantity. It is proved that the data filtering method can be applied in the actual control system.
