摘 要:生产维生素B1的过程中产生大量的含硫甲醇废液,为提高甲醇的回收利用率,采用反应-精馏法对废液中的硫进行脱除,探讨了FeSO4的用量、反应时间、填料层高度及回流比等主要因素对硫的脱除率的影响.结果表明,对1 000 mL的含硫甲醇废液,采用不锈钢θ网环填料,填料层高度80 cm,FeSO4用量160 mL,回流比1∶1,硫的脱除率可达94%以上.There were lots of sulfur methanol wastewater in the process of production of vitamin B1. To enhance the methanol recovery efficiency, the method of removing sulfur from methanol wastewater by reaction and distillation was studied. The main factors that influence the removal ratio of sulfur were examined, such as the volume of FeSO4 solution, reaction time, the height of packing layer and reflux. In regard to 1 000 mL sulfur methanol wastewater, the removal ratio of sulfur can be up to 94% with 80cm high theta nets ring packing and 160 mL FeSO4 solution, while the reflux ratio was 1.
