大黄提取液体外抗单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究大黄提取液在体外抗单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型(HSV-Ⅱ)的作用。方法:用hela细胞做体外培养实验,以不同剂量的大黄提取液作用于病毒复制周期的各个阶段,以病毒半数感染量(TCID50)、细胞病变(CPE)、MTT染色细胞保护率(MTT法)作为评价指标,判断药效,对大黄提取液抗HSV-Ⅱ作用进行评价。结果:大黄提取液对hela细胞的增殖无明显作用,且对hela细胞毒性极低,对病毒有直接灭活作用;可干扰病毒向宿主细胞吸附,还可有效抑制病毒复制。结论:大黄提取液在体外对HSV-Ⅱ有显著的抑制和杀伤作用,并且有效抑制病毒复制。Objective： To examine the effects of Rheum offieinale Baill solution on the infection and replication of Herpes Simplex Virus Ⅱ. Methods：Hela cell culture was used to detect the eytopathic suppression, extracts the function by the different dosage Rheum offieinale Baill solution in each stage of viral duplication cycle, by the viral half number of infections quantities （TCID50） , the cell pathological change （CPE） , the MTT dyeing cell protection ratio （MTT） takes the appraisal target, to Judgment the efficaey of drugs. Results：The Rheum officinale Baill solution extracts to the Hela cell multiplication does not have the obvious function, Also is extreraely low to the Hela cell toxicity, Has the direct deactivation function to the virus, may disturb the virus to the host cell adsorption, also may effectively suppress the duplication of Viral. Conclusion：Rheum officinale Baill solution has the remarkable suppression and the damaging effect to HSV - Ⅱ.
