小剂量卡维地洛治疗重度慢性心力衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察小剂量卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法:32例重度CHF患者在标准方案治疗基础上加用卡维地洛,起始剂量3.125mg,2次/d,2周后增至6.25mg,2次/d,维持3个月,治疗后分别对患者心功能(NYHA分级法)、血压、心率及生化指标进行检测,以评价卡维地洛治疗重度CHF的疗效及安全性。结果:应用卡维地洛治疗3个月后,患者心功能较治疗前改善,不良反应少,对肝功能、肾功能、血脂、血糖等均无影响,安全性高。结论:小剂量卡维地洛治疗重度CHF短期疗效、耐受性及安全性好。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of smail dose Carvedilol in the treatment of chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods： 32 cases of severe CHF patients in standard scheme with treatment on the basis of add, carvedilol 3. 125rag the Bid, starting dose to after 2 weeks, maintain the Bid 6.25mg three months after treatment for patients respectively NYHA classification method （cardiac function, blood pressure and heart rate and biochemical indicators for test, evaluation carvediolol treatments for severe CHF both safety and efficacy. Results： The application of carevedilol 3 months after treatment,the patient cardiac relatively before treatment improved, fewer side effects,liver and kidney function, blood fat and blood sugar etc, high security are of no effect. Conclusion：Low- dose carvedilol treatments for severe CHF shortterm curative effect good safety and tolerability.
