摘　　要：本文分析了大学图书馆编目业务外包的必然性和优越性，以及编目业务外包存在的主要质量问题和原因，剖析其原因并提出如何在编目业务外包过程中加强管理，提高业务外包质量。参考文献4。This article analyzes the necessity and advantages of the university library catalogue business undertaken by others, as well as the main quality problems and reason in using this way. Finally the author offers how to strengthen the management and improve the qulity of the undertaking business. 4 Refs.
