摘  要:浆流在流浆箱唇口处的喷射角是一个非常重要的参数,决定着浆流的着网点以及着网角度,对纸页的纤维定向分布、纸页强度以及前期脱水都有着重要的影响.作者采用计算流体力学软件对流浆箱的收敛流道进行了数值研究,利用RNGk-ε对流出进行了计算,对流场采用均匀网格划分并用商业计算流体力学软件-FLUENT对不同收缩比的收敛流道的浆流喷射角进行了数值计算.数值模拟结果表明浆流喷射角与流道收缩比呈指数关系,按照收缩比对喷射角的影响,收缩比可分为高、中、低3个敏感区;在流浆箱的收敛流道内一般不会存在有负压区.The jet angle (β) at headbox lip is an important parameter, which determines the point and direction of jet impingement upon the forming wire, the initial drainage and other properties of paper such as strength and fiber orientation. The present study investigates the flow through the converging zone of headbox and the outflow at the lip of headbox based Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). This use of the RNG k-ε turbulence model produced a simplified model of the flow. With the assumption of uniform grid spacing and 2-dimensional flow, use a commercial computer code (Fluent) to study jet angle at different contraction ratio and L/b. The exponential relation between the jet angle and the L/b was obtained from the numerical results of the present study. According to the jet anglers sensitivity to the value of L/b, the value of L/b can be divided into three zones (high sensitive, medium sensitive and low sensitive). From the analysis of pressure distribution, get the result that the negative pressure zone scarcely exists in nozzle of headbox.
